Company Registration

If you're a company and would like to register an employee or a group of employees for an open enrollment class, we want to make it easy for you to do so. There are a number of resources available on this Web site to assist you with registration. Here are some quick steps to help you register an employee.

General Information

  • If you have more than 6-10 employees to register for a class you may want to contact our office to determine if a customized/contract class just for your employees might be cost neutral or financially beneficial. Contact (540-868-7283) for more information.
  • There are five methods for registration
    • In-Person
    • Phone
    • Fax
    • Web
    • Mail
  • There are three methods for payment
    • Check (Mail or In-Person)
    • Credit Card – VISA or MasterCard
    • Billing – Requires signed authorization letter on company letterhead.
  • Registration Forms and Authorization template are available for download.

Enrolling an Employee(s) via FAX

  1. Determine how you wish to pay for the class.
    1. If you wish to prepay with a credit card, download a Workforce Solutions Registration Form.
    2. If you wish to be billed, download the Authorization letter and a Workforce Solutions Registration Form.
  2. Complete either a registration form(s) or both the registration form(s) and an authorization letter depending on how you are planning to pay for the class.
    1. If you are paying for the student(s) in advance, use the registration form(s). We need one form per student. Put payment information at bottom of registration form. This can be faxed, mailed, or brought into our office. You can also register online.
    2. If you are requesting that we bill your company, use an authorization form and a registration form for each student. The authorization letter must be imprinted on a company letterhead. You can have multiple students on the Authorization letter, but you do a registration form for each student. This can be faxed, mailed or brought to our office.
